For best results use around half a dozen cakes per fire, break up 50% and leave 50% whole.  Break one piece lengthwise if possible leaving sharp edges. Coat this long thin piece in ghee, hold vertically and ignite this piece first, once this piece is burning well, add to the pyramid to light the other pieces.
